At The Fan Zone, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to make sure you are fully informed about our return and refund processes.

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and extras (if any) must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products

If an item is faulty, these restrictions do not apply — see below.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, please email info@thefanzonestore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is usually 7–10 business days

We’ll email you once your refund is on the way. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake

We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot refund lost or unreceived returns.

6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@thefanzonestore.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

7. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@thefanzonestore.com.

8. RESTOCKING FEE

No restocking fee is applied to returns or exchanges.
