SHIPPING PRICES
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £50 GBP. Orders under £50 GBP are subject to a £5 GBP flat rate shipping charge or the equivalent in your local currency.
Shipping Times and Order Cutoff
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday) and shipped thereafter. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after processing, with a total estimated delivery timeframe of 10–15 business days.
The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Customs Duties & Taxes for International Orders
All orders are shipped with prepaid duties (DDP). There should be no additional charges upon order import.
Where do we ship?
Currently, we ship to customers in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at info@thefanzonestore.com. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of placing it for the best chances of a smooth cancellation. We may not be able to cancel your order after this timeframe as your items may have already shipped.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery from the courier and contact our customer service immediately. If the package is delivered in your absence, please notify our customer service team.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please take photos of the entire package as soon as possible and email them to info@thefanzonestore.com. We will replace any missing items.
Order Tracking
A tracking number and link will be sent to you within 5 business days of placing your order. You can track your package using the website of your local courier, as outlined above. For the most up-to-date tracking information, we recommend using 17track or 4px.
